Changemakers are young people who lead positive change in their world. Anyone can be a Changemaker. We discover, inspire, develop and connect these Changemakers, developing their capacity to positively influence people, organisations and communities and to contribute to shaping our future. We work with professionals and organisations in the spheres of youth and education, supporting them to enable young people to lead positive change in their world.  We are part of the consortium leading the government’s flagship The Youth of Today programme which is supporting the next generation of young leaders.  We are building the capacity of organisations to engage young people as volunteers in their work through the vinvolved programme.  Our Future Leaders programme provides strategic input from experienced young leaders to support the development of a youth led culture in a wide range of organisations.

And we are supporting schools to identify the next generation of young social entrepreneurs.

We clear young people’s path in the world through influencing the direction of policy.  We have been involved in many of the major youth and education policy developments of the past fifteen years, including the introduction of citizenship and enterprise education in schools, the Russell Commission on youth volunteering and the government’s ten year youth strategy.  Most recently we have helped to persuade the government to set up its new community service in schools programme.
